Stuart and his wife bought a condo on the secondary market that only offered one car park, instead placing the property’s CBD location as the top priority. Having battled the terrible traffic jams, he was looking forward to putting his feet up and enjoying some quality family time. Instead, upon reaching the car park, Stuart and dozens of other condo dwellers were circling looking for parking space. It just seems that there is never enough parking space with many rented units home to three or more motorists, causing vehicles to park illegally on the yellow-lined main road.

“There must be something better out there,” mulled Stuart one evening to his family. “A high rise development that is not so congested and with ample parking to spare.”

Overhearing his father’s statement, John, their teenage son did a quick search online for developments meeting the patriarch’s requirements.

“Hey dad, there’s new high rise in Setia Alam called Harvard Suites. It’s supposedly a low-density development,” says John, handing his father the mobile tablet. “What’s more, selected units have extra parking space.”

Looking at the positive online reviews, John and his family decided to check out the show unit located at HCK Tower. They were immediately impressed by the fact it was a development by a reputable developer which had its own high rise HQ.

Mindful of the fact that his son is learning to drive soon and will require a car of his own for commuting to college, Stuart made his current parking woes known to the sales person. Luckily for him, she says limited units featuring elongated parking lots able to fit three vehicles are still available.

Their minds were made up when told that there will only be ten units per floor, with five high speed lifts. Stuart had wanted a less congested environment to live in and the Harvard Suites ticked all the boxes.

They opted for the largest corner unit which has a built-up area of 804sq ft and features three bedrooms. So impressed were they by the overall Edusentral development where the Harvard Suites are being built, they are considering investing in a smaller unit as well. These units have one bedroom less and are 660sq ft in size. Stuart and his family are also looking forward to enjoying the brand new facilities which will include Jacuzzi, swimming pool and gymnasium.
